Here’s LineWise! This Thai-founded startup helps factory teams fix problems faster to increase output and lower downtime.

  • Now, they’ve just raised $1.1M in pre-seed funding!

Investor check. A2D Ventures, Y Combinator, Exitfund, REMUS Capital, SBXi Fund, and Team Ignite Ventures joined the round.

🔗 The challenge

If you work in manufacturing, you know the slightest delay can cost thousands of $$$ per hour.

  • Machine defects lead to unplanned downtime, creating yield loss that can cascade across production lines and supply chains.
  • Defective output on high-speed lines (like can makers and packagers) can also bring hidden costs.

LineWise’s solution

LineWise’s AI-powered virtual engineer helps factories troubleshoot defects faster, prevent rework, and keep production lines smooth.

  • Do it smart. LineWise helps teams track issues and generate SOPs to prevent the issue from happening again.
  • Their multi-agent AI system thinks like an engineer, ingesting sensor data, event logs, OEM manuals, and past fixes to troubleshoot defects fast.

💰 What’s with the $$$?

LineWise will expand across North America and Asia.

  • They’ll also scale their AI engineering team and deepen support for defect prevention and troubleshooting, starting with can-making and packaging lines.
