It’s within you! injewelme is a Singapore-based AI healthtech startup that specializes in contactless, data-driven health monitoring.

Now, they’ve just raised $1.2M.

Investor check. Catalytic Capital for Climate and Health, a catalytic vehicle of Temasek Trust, led the round.

  • The round also saw participation from the UK-based Richardson family.

💪🏽 See the signs

When it comes to our health, our bodies give us all kinds of signals —long before we encounter a real, formal diagnosis from health professionals.

  • injewelme makes it easier for people to track those signals and do something about them.

📸 Contactless health monitoring

injewelme’s AI-powered DeepHealthVision (DHV) platform uses remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) to enable contactless monitoring of over 20 vital health parameters.

  • Yes, that includes heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and more!
  • Their tech uses a standard camera and delivers results in about 30 seconds.

Why that matters. Tracking these health parameters typically requires different physical tools. With the DHV platform, it’s a one-and-done process that’s more efficient.

Some more detail. The tech is powered by a mix of in-house software and predictive AI models. Oh, and it also saw a 95% detection accuracy in real-world pilot trials.

✴️ The next frontier

injewelme will use the fresh funds to support the development of their DHV technology.

They want to measure additional health indicators like blood glucose, stress levels, fatigue, and hydration.

  • They also want to broaden applications across industries while enhancing their ability to measure climate-related stress.

Hello, SEA. They’ll also use the $$$ to acquire customers in Singapore and support their SEA expansion.
