Here’s dConstruct Technologies! They’re a Singapore-based company developing robots that can operate autonomously in GPS-denied environments. Now, they’ve just raised a $125M Series A. Yes, you read that right. $125M!

  • The investment was announced by the National Robotics Programme of Singapore. dConstruct was part of the inaugural cohort of RoboNexus, their venture-building accelerator.

Funding check. They’re keeping the identities of the investors involved hush-hush.

↘️ No GPS? No problem

Founded in 2021, dConstruct’s flagship product is the d.ASH (Digital Autonomy Services Hub) platform.

Using AI, robotics, autonomous navigation, 3D scanning, and digital twins, d.ASH enables reality capture and automated missions in environments where GPS signals can’t reach.

  • Their AI software turns 3D scans into digital twins and reports, which enable faster progress tracking and mission planning.

🏢 In real life

Their tech is ideal for the construction, inspection, surveillance, and security sectors, where accurate site data, reliable automation, and real-time monitoring are crucial.

  • Their autonomous robots are equipped with LiDAR, cameras, and IoT sensors, allowing them to navigate safely and continuously.

Partnered up. They work with Boustead Projects, Singapore’s Defence Science and Technology Agency, JRE Ventures, SBS Transit, and SoftBank Robotics Singapore.

🤖 Scaling up

dConstruct is building a 42K-square-meter global HQ in Punggol Digital District, Singapore. The site is set to be completed by the end of the year.

  • The HQ will have robotics testing environments and community workspaces.
  • Once completed, the hub will enable the company to move beyond controlled demonstrations to repeated deployment in real-world environments.
