Investor check. Thai President Foods, Pine Venture Partners and Selera Kapital (investment arm of Sour Sally Group). Existing investors like Thai Union, Fuchsia Venture Capital, Heritas Capital and SEEDS Capital also joined in!

Alchemy's goal is to make carbs healthier while keeping the food's great taste, texture and appearance the same. Oh, and it's affordable too!
So, they've created their own Alchemy Fibre blends that make carbs healthier. These different blends are used in their products, like Alchemy Fibre Rice and Alchemy Fibre Flour, that you can swap for your usual rice or flour.

Tons of companies are just like you and I — we're all promising to reduce sugar! So, Alchemy Foodtech is working with several MNCs on a wide set of products, like noodles, bread, cookies, yogurts, ice creams and drinks and will be launching them in the first half of this year.
