With freelancing and remote gigs growing, there’s got to be financial services that make global payments easier right?

After all, nobody likes slow payments and high transaction fees–especially when it comes to receiving your invoices and salaries.

  • Parallax allows non-US residents to open a USD virtual account to receive USD.
  • Their new product allows you to convert $$$ into local currencies and then send them to e-wallets and local bank accounts!

🔽 Some more detail

The best part? Getting started is free and just takes three minutes. Plus:

  • No minimum balance, credit check, or hidden fees.
  • They’ve got secure transactions and can insure up to $250K per customer.

🗺️ Big picture

There are a lot of uh-ohs in the blockchain space, but using this tech for cross-border transactions is becoming more common.

  • Last month, Coinbase and Circle announced that stablecoins will be part of their new financial system. PayPal also launched its own dollar-backed stablecoin back in August.

💸 What the future holds?

They’ll use the $$$ to grow their team and scale operations.
