Atome Philippines secures $88M facility to expand PayLater card

Here’s Atome! This Philippines-based digital finance platform just secured an $88M wholesale facility from Asia United Bank.

Atome started out as a buy-now, pay-later platform, but has since expanded its product portfolio to include lending, savings, and insurance. 

  • Users can access these services through the Atome app. 

Everywhere, All At Once. Atome also offers the PayLater Anywhere Card, which allows cardholders to pay 0% interest for up to 40 days and split their bills into 3 or 6 payments.

💲 What’s with the $$$? 

The fresh funding will support Atome’s PayLater Anywhere Card expansion. 

  • According to Atome, the card has now been issued to more than three million Filipinos.
