An AI workforce? Dyna.AI is a Singapore-headquartered startup offering enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver real business results. They’ve just raised a Series A!

  • Founded in 2024, Dyna.AI is active across Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas.
  • They serve financial institutions, contact centers, and enterprises worldwide, including DCS Card Centre and KBank.
  • The exact amount raised was not disclosed, but it is said to be in the 8-figure range.

Investor check. Lion X Ventures led the round, with ADATA, a Taiwan-listed technology company, a Korean financial institution, and a group of finance veterans also joining.

🧑🏽💻 The ABCs of Dyna.AI

AI employees in 2026? Sure, Dyna.AI says. The startup offers AI-powered products and services that enhance customer experience, improve employee experience, and optimize core business operations.

  • Their platform allows users to build and deploy their own AI agents.
  • But Dyna.AI also has task-specific agents, such as VoiceGPT and AvatarGPT, to assist businesses with customer interactions, recruitment, and more.

🤔 The difference

For Dyna.AI, AI agents should give you results — not confusion.

They have playbooks in place so teams from different sectors, from banking to insurance, can see how AI agents can optimize their workflows.

  • In an interview, the General Manager of Dyna.AI in Singapore, Cynthia Siantar, said that AI adoption in Singapore is characterized by generic solutions, with institutions unable to leverage them effectively.
  • Dyna.AI’s deep understanding of the financial sector lets them create solutions that go beyond novelty.

👣 Next steps

The fresh capital will be used to accelerate the deployment of Dyna.AI solutions, helping enterprises turn AI pilots into fully operational systems.
