Aside from helping companies recruit, onboard, pay, and manage employees, they also offer a super-app called Swag where employees can manage their work and finances.  

• They currently serve 300K global SMEs and over 2M employees worldwide. 

Investor check. TCV led the round, while existing investors Insight Partners, AirTree, Seek, and OneVentures joined in!

• The deal still is subject to approval from Australia’s Foreign Investment Review Board.
