🖥️ To chip or not to chip
Chiplet technology is an approach to microchip design that’s becoming more popular because of its flexibility, cost-efficiency, and performance.
Mix and match. Allowing companies to assemble their own chips also reduces bottlenecks in chip production.
Chiplets can be customized to optimize certain functions and applications, so manufacturers can easily adapt to market demands.
Who uses the tech? Apple is using chiplet technology to power the processors of their high-end computer lines. Ryzen chipmaker, AMD, also uses the tech.
