Flexible-stay platform Cove acquires Singapore-based Casa Mia Coliving

Want to be Cove-fortable? Cove, a flexible-stay platform active across APAC, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Singapore-based Casa Mia Coliving.

  • The combined business, which will operate under the Cove brand, is expected to exceed $50M in annualized rental income.
  • It will also expand Cove’s portfolio to over 2K rooms in Singapore and 8K rooms across APAC.

Cove is a tech-enabled flexible-stay platform that offers long, medium, and short-term stays to customers across APAC.  

  • They offer three tiers, from a fully-furnished premium room (Cove Luxe), to a mid-tier furnished room (Cove Classics), to a basic room with a common kitchen (Cove Basics).

👣 Their footprint

Cove operates over 8K rooms across Singapore, Indonesia, South Korea, and Japan. They’re backed by Keppel, Eurazero, Picus Capital, Venturra, Xander, and Antler.

  • The acquisition will deepen Cove’s in-house operational capabilities thanks to Casa Mia’s BCA-certified facility management team.

Launched in 2019, Casa Mia Coliving operates over 500 fully furnished rooms in prime central neighborhoods.
