Scaling up! E-commerce firm Graas helps retailers optimize their workflows and operations. And now, they’ve just raised a $17M Series B!

  • Oh, and they also acquired Trustana, a Singapore-based AI-native product data platform.

Investor check. LemmaTree led the round, while Integra Partners, Tin Men Capital, The Xander Group, Incred Wealth, and Orzon joined in.

🛒 What Graas does

Graas organizes retailer data like conversations, product catalogs, orders, invoices (and more) into a single place — their Common Knowledge Graph, which remembers and acts across these interactions.

  • The Common Knowledge Graph forms the foundation of Agent Foundry, which enables the deployment of autonomous AI agents.
  • Graas’ enterprise customers can link their product and customer data so AI agents can converse, recommend, and sell items using text, voice, and vision.

It’s all automated. Their AI agents don’t just answer customer queries—they actively capture orders, recover lost sales, recommend items, lift basket sizes, and pre-empt stockouts.

💻 About Trustana

Launched in 2020, Trustana transforms unstructured supplier catalogs into organized, search-ready product content.

  • The platform powers mid-market and enterprise operations across SEA, Australia, the Middle East, the US, and the UK.

🧠 What’s next?

The acquisition will increase product capabilities in Graas’ Common Knowledge Graph and broaden their customer base.
