Here's Happycapy! This startup lets anyone open a browser, describe what they need, and have AI handle the rest.

They quietly raised $10M+ in the last quarter of 2025, launched on February 11, 2026, and hit $1M in ARR in just 20 days.

  • They hit #1 on Product Hunt in February 2026.

Investor check. HongShan Seed Fund backed the company at seed. Their Pre-Series A was led by Planetree VC, Monolith, and Baidu VC, with other investors also joined in.

  • They're now in talks with new investors for their next round.

‍

🐾 The ABCs of Happycapy

The context. There's a new AI tool every week. Some are useful. Many overlap.

You've signed up for a few, forgotten the logins, and you're still not sure which one saves you time.

Meanwhile, your existing tools are all adding "AI features" you haven't figured out either.

  • The result? More subscriptions. More learning curves. And you still haven't gotten the actual work done.

Open it in your browser, describe what you need, and it gets it done β€” writing documents, pulling data, building spreadsheets, editing images, generating videos, producing presentations. No install required.

  • The keyword is agent. AI that doesn't just respond to questions, but takes actions on your behalf, the way a real assistant would.

Happycapy runs on top of Claude Code and MiniMax, Β a Chinese AI lab known for its multimodal and voice models.

  • They’re here to make these existing models usable for non-technical people, with things like browser access with no setup, embedded APIs so you're not stitching tools together, and every file type visualised in one place.

‍

When things are unlimited. Their Max Plan costs $200/month β€” Claude Code, MiniMax, and 150+ AI models included. No per-task billing.

Unlimited users don't just do more β€” they use AI differently, delegating entire workflows instead of single tasks. That’s what happens when you stop watching the meter.

‍

πŸ’ͺ🏼 Walking the talk

Happycapy's own team runs CS with half a staff member using a Discord bot.

  • One user automated their marketing workflow (copy and visuals for Instagram and LinkedIn) saving two headcounts.

Their Skill Store has 100+ pre-built workflows you can install and run, with a community sharing function coming soon.

‍

πŸƒ The team

Together since 2018, the team has shipped 10+ products including multiple versions of Trickle on Product Hunt.

The pivot came when they realised vibe-coding tools were still serving developers, not everyday people.

  • They built the first version of Happycapy in under 14 days.

‍

🏦 What's with the $$$?

They'll grow the Skill Store, improve mobile, and keep making AI usable for startups and small teams.
