HeyMax raises $11M Series A to expand across APAC

January 30, 2026

Hey, frequent flyer. You might want to check out HeyMax. They’re a Singapore-based loyalty and travel rewards platform.

  • And now, they’ve just raised a $11M Series A!

Investor check. Peak XV Partners led the round, while Betatron Venture Group, January Capital, Tenity, Rob Rosenstein (co-founder and chairman, Agoda), and David Lee (former president, Visa APAC) also joined in.

  • HeyMax previously raised a $2.6M seed round in July 2024.

💘 Hey, hey, hey

Founded in 2023, HeyMax makes it easier for consumers to earn and redeem loyalty and travel rewards across different brands, cards, airlines, and hotels through their currency, Max Miles.

  • Why? SEA has a fragmented loyalty landscape! Most people have to juggle multiple rewards programs with limited cross-border use.
  • HeyMax allows customers to earn and redeem rewards across different markets.

🏖️ How it works

Users can earn Max Miles when they shop with over 800 participating brands and merchants like Shopee, Starbucks, foodpanda, and more.

  • In turn, they can redeem the miles for flights, gift cards, or transfer them to airlines and hotels like Cathay, ALL Accor, and Qatar Airways.

☕ What’s next?

They’ll use the new capital to accelerate their product capabilities, focusing on an AI-powered rewards experience.

HeyMax will also expand their presence into Japan, Taiwan, and Australia by the end of 2026.

  • In 2025, they acquired Hong Kong-based fintech krip and entered the market.
