๐๐ผ How would you explain your job to someone outside tech?
We make easy-to-use web software so that designers without any 3D skills can make beautiful 3D graphic designs in minutes.
โ
๐ง What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?
As a fully remote working company, I've never met anyone in my team in person and only meet my co-founder maybe once or twice a year in person.ย
โ
๐ What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?
Participating in Sequoiaโs (now Peak XV Partners) Surge program and getting to meet so many other founders like myself in person (after having spent years dormant in my home office).
The founder journey can be quite lonely and so was amazing to meet fellow peers going through similar struggles.
โ
๐ What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?โ
AI. Likely a common answer.ย
Disruptive players/technologies like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion have transformed expectations of the graphic design space and so we need to stay informed and ahead of these trends.ย
โ
๐ผ What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry?ย
Watch out for feature creep.ย
Create the most lightweight MVPs for verifying your hypothesis and launch quickly. Trust your instincts but never blindly.ย
Back it up with data points from your MVP launches. There will be many.ย
โ
๐ฃ What's one thing you can keep talking about for hours?ย
Painful lessons as a first-time founder.
โ
๐ฅ What's your favorite movie/TV show?ย
Breaking Bad.
โ
๐จ What's your go-to ice cream flavor?โ
Pistachio.
