👋🏼  How would you explain your job to someone outside tech?

It's a fun mix of zooming out and thinking about strategy, team and product and zooming in when something breaks and isn't someone else's responsibility (so it lands on my plate).

🧐  What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?

The job keeps changing quite a lot as we grow our business and build our team.

🏆  What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?

Definitely starting this business with my friends and co-founders and getting it to this stage where we see very rapid growth!

🔍  What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?

Digital Banking in the Philippines. I think that over the next three years, retail banking here will see more change than in the last 30.

💼  What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry?

‍It's not always easy, but for sure, it's worth it.

🗣  What's one thing you can keep talking about for hours?

Anything geeky with my kids!
