👋🏼 How would you explain your job to someone outside tech?

We enable pet creators to apply to campaigns and projects on our website.

🧐 What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?

A pet can earn more from a photo vs. six months of the pet owner's salary.

🏆 What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?

Successful deals will always be one of the most delightful notifications to me.

Being approached by global media outlets like the BBC and AFP for interviews has been another key highlight too.

🔍 What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?‍

The rise of the gig economy. The recession has brought along a different perspective, and I'm hearing a lot of my friends looking to diversify risks by taking on side hustles or gigs.

💼 What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry?

Marketplaces are one of the toughest business models to crack because you have both sides to scale — so 2x that investment.

Always experiment with freelancers or part-timers before scaling anything. This will save you (and your wallet) a lot of heartache.

🗣 What's one thing you can keep talking about for hours?

My dog — literally anything about my dog. I'm that annoying dog mum who forces you to watch videos of her dog.  

🎥 What's your favorite movie/TV show?

Spy x Family is a recent favorite; I am an otaku at heart.

Chocolate is always a safe choice!
