👋🏼 How would you explain your job to someone outside tech?
My career revolves around organizing, structuring and developing hyperlocal businesses with a well-defined solution in a specific community.
🧐 What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?
I am an electrician during the day and a construction worker at night. My team and I build physical and digital infrastructure for smart homes and cities with the goal of advancing net-zero carbon emissions in the Philippines, one community at a time.
🏆 What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?
The main highlight of my career were the acquisitions of the two companies that I founded.
These acquisitions led me to invest in different properties like StartHub, an incubator space in Manila with a total of approx. 3,000 sqm leasable space for SMEs and startups, and a 1,500 sqm lot on a mountaintop in Tagaytay, Philippines that we are developing as a town with coffee shops, refreshment parlors and tiny houses for staycations.
