🧐 What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?
Working with blind and visually impaired users is deeply humbling. I hear powerful stories, from people who've lost their sight overnight, to former corporate directors who've gradually become visually impaired over time. It really puts things into perspective.
🏆 What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?
All the incredible people who took a chance on me when I had little more to offer than youthful energy and a willingness to learn. They’ve handed me opportunities to tackle challenges I never thought possible and created a safe space for me to stumble, grow, and get back up.
🔍 What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?
AI-powered wearable devices... Sam Altman/Jony Ive, Android XR... They will create market awareness, and I wonder how smaller players/startups can compete and make something meaningful.
💼 What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry?
Be genuinely excited about the product you are building. Make sure you do it with a great team.
🗣 What's one thing you can keep talking about for hours?
Longevity, health tracking, spirituality, how to live a meaningful life
🎥 What's your favorite movie/TV show?
Fleabag is my all time favourite. The Diplomat is a close second (Keri Russell is such a star).
🍨 What's your go-to ice cream flavor?
100% pistachio.
