Goodbye, funemployment! This Indonesia-based startup connects fresh grads with potential employers through their online platform. And they just raised a pre-seed round!

  • Extra Scoop: KarirLab was incubated at Yale University back in 2021.

Investor check. Alpha JWC, M Venture Partners, and some angel investors joined the round.

💼 Welcome to adulting

It can be…a lot. And that’s why we could all use a helping hand post-graduation!

KarirLab hosts career development events to help you gain those in-demand skills. But you can also find job postings to help you bag your first big girl (or boy) job!

  • Companies who post on their website are in tech, design, healthcare, advertising, consulting—you get what we mean.

Stay competitive! They’ve got a resume builder equipped with scores so you can create stand-out resumes in minutes.

  • Oh, and you can also get your resume reviewed by an expert.

✊ You can do it

As of August 2022, Indonesia’s National Statistics Agency showed 8.42M unemployed people. Oh, and 673,485 of them are university graduates. 😭

KarirLab’s solution nips the problem in the bud.

  • How? They can go to your university to host sessions so that students have the skills they need to be part of the workforce.

💹 What’s up?

They’ll use the $$$ to improve their platform and streamline their user experience.

  • Watch out! KarirLab is looking to integrate AI features into their tech and pursue more partnerships with universities and companies.
