⛴️ The ABCs of Return Helper

For global sellers, the recommerce and returns process can be costly and complex. How do you process returns when you’re thousands of miles away from your end customer?

Whether you’re selling on Amazon, Shopify, or eBay, Return Helper helps manage your returns across the US, Europe, Australia, China, and SEA.

  • They have over 20 strategic hubs that can handle fulfillment services and parcel returns.

How it works. The firm has their very own SaaS returns management platform, a proprietary warehouse management system with mobile apps, and a forward logistics service under the FlexForward brand.

  • FlexForward serves as a bridge for Taiwan and Southeast Asian merchants that sell into Japan.

💲What’s with the $$$?

They’ll use the fresh capital to expand operations in Japan and develop AI-driven decision engines for cross-border returns.

  • Oh, and they’ll also scale their recommerce business to help sellers recover $$$ from returned inventory.
