Look, it’s Acrab! They’re a Singapore-headquartered firm that builds infrastructure for agentic AI.

  • They recently raised a $130M Series B, bringing their total funds raised to $350M.
  • Haven’t heard of them before? That’s because they also just came out of stealth!

Investor check. Vertex Ventures SEA & India and Vertex Growth led the round.

  • Institutional investors across Europe and SEA also joined in.

👐🏼 What they do

Acrab builds a full-stack AI computing platform that combines purpose-built silicon, edge AI, and intelligent software orchestration.

  • Their tech is designed to power AI agents across personal AI PCs, home AI hubs, in-vehicle intelligence, robotics, and industrial systems.

⚡ Hello, Agent Box

Acrab recently introduced GΞLIX 1, its first-generation edge AI system-on-chip capable of running LLMs with up to 100b parameters.

  • It powers Acrab's Agent Box, a personal edge AI device designed for persistent, on-site operation, enabling local inference, multimodal sensing, and agent orchestration without relying on continuous cloud access.

🗳️ What’s next?

They’ll use the $$$ to scale their product, expand their ecosystem, and develop their next-generation computing platform.

  • Oh, and they also expect to make revenue this year.
