Communicate better with OnSite. This Singapore-based startup is building an AI-powered communication platform for the construction and facilities management industry.

  • They’ve just raised a $1.3M seed!

Investor check. Tin Men Capital and Alter Global led the round, while Hustle Fund and Gondor Capital also joined in.

👷🏼Better comms, please

OnSite’s platform enables various stakeholders in a construction project to coordinate in a singular platform.

  • It integrates messaging, voice notes, and images, using AI to organize data by project, location, and timeline.
  • It also has a search function that can be used to create an audit trail.

Why the need for a new platform? The construction industry in Singapore still largely relies on SNS group chats, phone calls, and paper documents to facilitate coordination.

  • This fragmented approach can lead to project delays, payment issues, and information loss, mostly affecting MSMEs.

🏗️ What’s next?

They’ll use the $$$ to expand their engineering team and accelerate product development.

  • They’re planning to build features like AI-driven assistants, project analysis tools, predictive risk assessments, and integrations with third-party software.

Out of beta soon? OnSite is currently in the beta testing phase with partners in Singapore and Hong Kong, but they expect to exit the phase later this year.
