Don’t play it Syfe. This Singapore-based wealth management platform just raised an extended $53M Series C2 in a pure equity round.

  • This bumps their total Series C funds raised to $80M.
  • They last raised a $27M Series C1 in August 2024.

LP check. Two UK family offices led the round, while existing investors Unbound and Valar Ventures also joined in!

👛 What Syfe does

Syfe has multiple offerings designed for users to grow and manage their wealth.

  • They offer managed portfolios, fractional investing, cash management, a brokerage platform (and more!).
  • Their app has more than 250K users. Oh, and they have operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.

🌱 Regional expansion, here we come

They’ll focus on automation and AI-assisted tools to promote efficiency for clients and operations

  • Oh, and they’ll also scale their reach and strengthen their leadership positions across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Throwback. Earlier this April, Syfe acquired Australia’s Selfwealth in a $65M AUD (~$41M) all-cash offer.
