Eatigo is now a key shareholder in the FunNow Group, while their CEO, Michael Cluzel will join the board. 

FunNow CEO TK Chen says the merger will double FunNow’s revenue. It would also give them a better economic scale while keeping operational costs low. 

• The FunNow and Eatigo apps will continue to operate separately, but their operations will be combined.
