Parents, start the money talk early! Meet Malaysian-based Vircle, a money management app designed to help kids save and spend their pocket money. Now, they just raised their seed round.

Investor check. Kumpulan Modal Perdana (KMP) and Gobi Partners led the round.

  • The amount raised was undisclosed.

⭕ The ABCs of Vircle

Ah, yes…money. We all love spending it, but maybe some of us learn to save money too late— While this has happened to a lot of us, don’t let it happen to your kids.

With Vircle, the money talk is now waaay easier (and actually doable!).

  • Transfer pocket money fast, set spending limits, oversee spending goals, and get an overall safe and secure view of how your kid is managing their wealth.

Start accountability early. You can grant them a prepaid Visa card so your kid can spend at Visa merchants all over the world! You can set spending controls, of course.

🎒 And for schools?

Cash is king! But cash is also…full of germs and bacteria. Hop in on a healthier and safer payment alternative while giving parents peace of mind. Oh and, this is perfect for the merchants these days that don’t accept cash anymore….

  • Students get a cashless payment card that they can use to order meals and buy from school stores. And yes, it’s okay if they lose it. Vircle’s got the security tech to protect your kids’ $$$.
  • Easy set-up? Schools can deploy the tech, train their staff, and onboard their parents in weeks!

↗️ What’s next?

They’re going to expand their services to public schools nationwide!

  • Oh, and they’ve also got a goal to bank 1M Malaysian kids and 3M children across SEA in the next five years.
