ere’s Transparently.AI. They’re a Singapore-based startup that helps firms detect accounting manipulations and fraud using their AI-based system.

Now, they count global investor Franklin Templeton as one of the investors in their $3M Pre-Series A round!

  • Transparently.AI was admitted to the investor’s Fintech Incubator program.

🏮 Red flag alert

Transparently.AI’s software is trained using machine learning and is used to check for accounting red flags in corporate balance sheets.

Their tech measures the likelihood and extent to which a company is manipulating its accounts with a risk score.

  • Their software is ideal for asset managers, bankers, auditors, exchanges, and others who need a due diligence tool that can filter fraud and suspicious activities.

📜 What’s next?

The program gives Transparently.AI access to Franklin Templeton’s incubator offices in Singapore and California.

  • Oh, and the startup will also receive mentorship and guidance from the firm’s network of startup professionals, founders, and experts.
