With $29.4M, AnyMind sets their mind on acquisitions

What's on our minds? It's AnyMind! They're an end-to-end e-commerce enabler that makes it easy for brands, creators and publishers to win online. Oh, and they've just raised a $29.4M Series D.

  • Founded in Singapore in 2016, they're active across 13 markets in Asia, India and the Middle East.
  • In 2021, they hit $174M in revenues.

Investor check. JIC Venture Growth Investments, Japan Post Investment Corporation, Nomura SPARX Investment, PROTO Ventures and Mitsubishi UFJ Capital joined in.

  • Apart from the Series D cash, they also received a ¥1B (aka, $7.3M) credit facility from Mizuho Bank.
  • They've raised around $91.7M to date

AnyMind was planning to go public in Japan (where they're now headquartered) early this year. But, because of the situation in Ukraine, stock market trends and other factors, they've put a hold on the plans.

They'll keep pushing ahead in the e-commerce enablement space and are looking to make more acquisitions globally!
