Guess who might make your next coffee. Meet Ella, a gourmet robot barista who can brew 200 cups of coffee an hour. Crown Digital (aka, the startup behind Ella) has just raised a $3.7M Pre-Series A led by Temasek's Heliconia Capital.
Who else cashed in? Momentum Ventures, ParticleX, Leave a Nest, Gloca Link and M4ever also joined in.

Personalized. Ella's got a personal touch! She'll even remember your favorite coffee and make recommendations. Oh, and she can customize into over 300 combinations.
Contactless. Especially with the pandemic, you can turn to Ella for your gourmet artisanal coffee fix — and it's all contactless and cashless.
Fast and high-quality. Forget waiting! Ella's built for people on the go. You don't need to sacrifice quality when you're in a rush— never buy instant coffee again!

Crown Digital launched a fully-automated café kiosk called Bytes Station at one of Singapore's MRT (aka, subway) stations. Here, you can get coffee brewed by Ella, as well as sandwiches, pastries and smoothies.
An A+ menu. Order a roasted ribeye sourdough, avo-truffle sandwich, smoked salmon croissant and more! (Move over, Starbucks.)
