👋🏼 How would you explain your job to someone outside tech?
My main job is to orchestrate talents across various expertise, cultures, and geographies to solve one of the most pressing challenges of our times: global warming.
🧐 What's something about you or your job that would surprise us?
I lived off spear fishing everyday while I traveled Australia for almost a year.
🏆 What has been the biggest highlight of your career so far?
Having had the privilege to build 2 successful companies—one sold, one grew from 0 to 1K customers in 18 months.
🔍 What's a startup trend or space you're watching this year?
Innovative financing in agritech, because that’s one of the missing pieces in climate tech.
💼 What advice would you give someone starting out in your industry?
I’m in agritech. The basic advice is: don’t start with the tech. Start with the farmers.
🗣 What's one thing you can keep talking about for hours?
People development—orchestrating people and strategy.
